Hi! I’m Kim.
I’m grateful you’ve stumbled into my corner of the internet. A few years ago, I came back to reading after a thirteen year reading slump caused by my favorite series of all time, The Hunger Games. I impulsively bought a matching Kindle with my friend one night and the rest is history.
My friends joke that I have way too many opinions on books, so I started this blog to have a space to shout them into the internet void.
I primarily read fantasy, fantasy romance, and romantasy, but I’ll give any genre a shot if the plot sounds good.
Lastly, I’m not a professional literary critic or reviewer; I’m just a regular girl who likes to read for fun.
I do get some books for free as Advanced Reader Copies (ARCs) in exchange for an honest review. Those reviews will have a disclaimer on them as a reminder, but I always give my honest thoughts and opinions.

I follow the scale on Romance.io for the spice rating. Readers rate the book based on spice after they finish the book. As a result, I think this collective rating is more reflective of the consensus rather than my personal, subjective rating scale.
